Do I have to calorie count?
Hell no. We are not big fans of calorie counting. Instead we offer you a really simple way of gauging what's on your plate by using your hand as a guide.
Can my family eat the same meals as me?
Absolutely. While we have planned the program to work for women in midlife who are looking to manage their weight, the recipes are simple and delicious and can be enjoyed by all. We aren't suggesting you have a month's worth of kale and salads!
Do I have to give up my favorite foods?
Ordinarily we'd say a HUGE no to this. Good nutrition is about finding out what's right for you and what best serves your goals. As this is a challenge, we do suggest that you cut down on things such as sweets/candies, sugary drinks, processed foods and alcohol to best achieve your weight-management aims.
Does the program come with exercises?
